I’m not a call center professional, so I hope I’m not breaking the rules by posting here. But, like many people, I’ve had to contact multiple customer service lines since the start of COVID-19 and I want to express my gratitude to all of you.
Every agent I’ve talked to has been patient and considerate and has helped me navigate this confusing and frustrating time. You guys often take the brunt of consumers’ frustration and we don’t thank you nearly enough. Thanks for being there for us, and putting up with our shit. For helping us even when we’re not at our best. For helping us when our best is still pretty bad. For being good at your jobs and continuing to work through a pandemic.
