Wrong Number

I work inbound calls for many different bussineses. This one happened to be a law office for accidents and what not.

Me: (blah) Law office, this is InfernoTerra how can I help you today?

Lady: Yeah, we were just in an accident in an Uber and blah. (More details that are unimportant).

I start to pull up my stuff and get ready to help her. When.

Lady: Can I get this ride reimbursed and another trip covered for free?

Me: Uhm- Did you mean to call Uber?

Lady: Well yeah!

Me: This is not Uber… in fact I don’t even think Uber has an inbound line. You’ve got the wrong number.

Lady: (totally accusatory tone) Well this is the number on the website to call!

Me: Well… it’s the wrong number

Lady: Well, what is this then?!

Me: It’s a law office. For accidents. So if you wanna sue Uber we can help with that. (I didn’t say the last part lol)

Lady: Oh. Fine. Bye.

I get that she wasn’t paying attention, probably post a scary situation but her whole tone and attitude through the call was very snooty. Well what is this then? Was said like she was about to prove me wrong.
