I’ve never worked in billing before and man it takes some getting used to. I have to be incredibly precise because if I accidentally say one wrong number these customers will call me out.
I’ve also never worked at a company where customers are so eager to not shop around, not go with our competitors, enjoy contracts that last longer than a year and not care about incentives or discounts at all. At this point, I’m never going to mention the word discount again.
