I, surprisingly, never discovered this subreddit till now! I work with Arise, which is a work from home call center platform. I am currently partnered with an existing call center rather than start my own but I was considering branching off and starting my own.
For those who work for Arise, do you have your own call center or do you partner? If you have your own call center, how difficult is it to get started?
