Profanity

We have a policy at my call center where if a client starts cursing, it calls for an immediate transfer to a supervisor. Well this evening, a guy starts dropping the F bomb so I gave him fair warning to “limit the use of profanity during the call”. Instead of toning down his potty mouth, he decided to disconnect the call and hung up. Good riddance, self-cleaning oven!
