Customer obviously upset, me trying to be empathetic. Customer- “you people messed up my account and now I’m overdrawn and you have screwed up everything/!!!@ ( we hadn’t, she had) Me- “ I’m so sorry, I understand that you are upset” Her-“YOU DONT GET TO TELL ME HOW I FEEL!” Screeched into my ear like a banchee.
Sorry for being nice lady. Oh, and also, I HATE when people start the conversation with “you people “. Sorry for format and spelling.
