I’m starting a new job as a call center agent for a fundraiser, any advice?

I have read tales here. I am not fazed. It can’t be any worst than fastfood. I’m just done dealing with the drama and bs in the fastfood . In my case, the customers are really nice, but it’s the co-workers and the expectations and responsibilities for minimum pay that has driven out my motivation. It’s physically draining that I got no energy left to study after (I’m in college). I am aware I have to work on my negotiation skills and thick skin, but what else should I know. I start training tomorrow
