Just wanted to share my recent fuck up just to get it off my chest.
This guy calls in angry saying he was supposed to have his cable services fixed because someone messed up his order so as normal I fix it for him however once I do that he tells me that the channel he wanted is not on there so I wait a little while until eventually i say out loud….
“God this guys gonna be a headache” Only for him to say “Buddy I work in a call center the mute button is your best friend”
So I of course quickly apologize saying he wasn’t the problem it was the system itself (Which was true) so eventually his cable still wasn’t working so I told him I would speak to the correct department and transfer him over.
Guy if your reading this I’m sorry I took out my anger on you it was my fault I should have muted myself.
Hopefully this doesn’t come back to bite me in the ass but I doubt it. Just remember guys
