I worked as a technical support agent in a telecommunication company. My customer didn’t have his data working and he was alone in a mountain in Spain. He needed his data to use GPS to get back to where people are as he was alone lost and alone.
I tried to do troubleshooting steps with him, reported an issue for him but till now I don’t know if he made it out well. Hopefully he did find some help.
