It got announced recently. I go through some advanced training in a few weeks and then I’ll be the first team leader of a tier 2 team for our call center (it’s a new account). I really love my job but the pay has been low. Now I’m finally getting enough to live on. It’s not every day that a college dropout finds such a sweet gig.
