I have been on the phones since 2014 and have been with my current company (A large Retirement Services firm) since 2016. I have finally made it off the phones for good. After a very long interview process, I received a promotion and am now a Call Center Manager. I didn’t know how much longer I could take it. I am so thankful that they gave me such an opportunity.
Now I just gotta keep the position. It requires me to obtain another securities license, which I sit for the exam on 06/15. If I pass, then I’m good. If I fail, then I don’t have my job anymore and have to repay the company for all the relocation expenses and sign on bonus. No pressure…
