You know how it’s a really bad idea to talk about a customer negatively while on mute?
I have a neighbor who likes to dance close to the fire
He was on a call, was having a hard time and went to mute his call and said “asshole!” but then I watched as his face turned white and had a look of absolute dread. The customer then went crazy about being called an asshole. Mmm
He didn’t click mute.
