Welp, this sucks.

I already have a crappy CC job talking to people about delinquent accounts, and today I walked into a cluster fuck of the main servicing system being down. Not only are the customers unable to sign into the website, but we have to manually calculate everything for people who are asking for assistance. I just wanted to get some commiseration from people who understand the nightmare that this is.
