So I work for a vehicle finance company I had a customer call in and request that we send her documentation so she could have her vehicle registered in another state since she didn’t have the title (she was still paying on her vehicle and we as the lean holder have the title) now according to the account the customer was in her 30’s.
I explain to her that there is no documentation we can provide her for the dmv. She then asks well what am I suppose to do then. I informed her that she would need to take her registration card to the dmv and register the vehicle in that state.
She proceeds to ask me what is a registration card. I explain to her what it is and her answer is ohhhhhhh is that what that was I threw it away didn’t know I needed to keep it
