So, customer calls in to ask for a cancellation for her ongoing subscription with one of the companies I provide customer service for. First, I ask for her Order Id, she says she does not have it. I asked her for her First and last name. “I do not have an account with you!” I explained that we only provide CS for people who have an account with us. “Well I do not have an account with you and yet I am being charged for your products that I did not even want on the first place!”.
I have received plenty of these calls and customers end up remembering they did place an order with us and always take it out on me. It’s killing in some way I cannot understand.
