I file claims for cellphone insurance, so I talk to a lot of people, most of them are stupid (I got a call from a lady who lost three iPhone 10s at Walmart in one year), a lot of them yell, I have to mute my phone to laugh. Anyways, for really new devices the claims trigger something called RAMP, so they need to send in documents, like a service request form, an ID, a utility bill. This guy lost his iPhone 10x and he kept sending in documents that were being rejected for incorrect address or whatever, I don’t really care, all I know is I cringe when I get these calls and the guy was like “Please ma’am, I’ll do anything you want, I’ll give you money if you want that, I’ll even give you sex if that’s what you want, just give me my phone!” And I was super uncomfortable the entire time. This is just one of the colourful calls I’ve gotten.
