Hello,
I’ve been at the same call center 3 years working late and flex shifts. A year ago a member of another team forced his way onto the team by using his wifes position at the company. Throughout the year he has teamed up with other people to get me fired or force me into quitting. Yesterday I had a private closed door meeting with my boss. Before I head into the idiot smirks and asks if I’m getting fired. I smiled and left him without an answer. During that meeting I gave my boss all recorded and documented incidents of him and others attempts to undermine me and get me fired. Can’t wait to watch him kiss ass his way out of it. I thought I’d feel bad about but you know sometimes people get what they deserve.
