But it drives me crazy when a customer asks for your last name after their ridiculous demands and sounding absolutely crazy.
“I know, I’m right. What is your last name, hoodmouse, because I will get you FIRED. You hear me? FIRED.”
I want to laugh but I know that quality would knock points off but damn, does it ever happen to you guys?
