It’s Monday and I’m already grouchy. Why does everyone try to avoid giving their account information.
Responses I’ve gotten from asking for the member ID just today:
“I’m driving” “I can’t read that number” (Starts to give number) “Oh! My birthday is xx-xx-xx” “Can’t you just see it on your caller ID?” (No, we don’t actually have caller ID in the traditional sense, our phone lines just state which service line the call is from) “That information is already in your system”
Like why does everyone want to do this the most difficult way possible? And then tell me the intimate details of their medical/relationship/other personal problems?
