Customer doesn’t understand how cheques work.

I work in a call center where we deal with claims for lost postal items.

Customer: You’ve sent me this cheque but it says [name of bank] on it. I don’t bank with [name of bank].

Me: That’s who [my employer] banks with, you just take it into your bank to pay it into your account.
