Recently got hired at a call center, big company, very profitable I love it. Very diverse. That being said, a majority of people don’t dress up whatsoever, the guys wear jackets , cargo shorts, regular clothes. I’ve spent a good amount of change getting button ups, always wearing my watch, etc. Starting to think maybe I’ll just be lazy like most of them. Anyone in a similar situation seen benefits from dressing nice over the others?(promotions, etc) seems like nowadays call centers let you wear whatever
